1.2 Facial Data and Photos
To generate professional profile photos, the App requires you to upload between 10 and 20 photos of yourself. These images are used to create a model of your face via our AI-based partner service. The generated model and original photos are stored securely on Firebase Storage and are accessible only to you through your user account.
We do not use facial recognition for authentication or surveillance purposes. The face model is solely used to generate profile-style images upon your request.
1.3 Non-Personal Information
We also collect non-personal information, including but not limited to device information, app usage data, and technical logs to enhance your experience and improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To generate professional profile photos using a personalized face model.
- To provide and improve the App’s features and services.
- To personalize your experience and deliver relevant content.
- To communicate with you about updates, promotions, and important announcements.
- To monitor and analyze usage patterns to enhance the App’s performance.
3. Facial Data: Use, Sharing, and Retentio
3.1 Use of Facial Data
The facial data is used solely to generate a face model, which is then used to create professional-looking photos at the user’s request.
3.2 Sharing of Facial Data
Your photos and face model are not sold, shared, or made accessible to third parties, except for:
- Our trusted AI processing partner who helps generate the face model.
- Firebase Storage, used for securely storing your photos and face model.
Both partners are subject to strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
3.3 Storage and Access
- The photos and generated face model are stored securely on Firebase Storage.
- Only you have access to your photos and face model via your account.
- You may delete your photos or model at any time from within the App.
3.4 Retention of Facial Data
Facial data (your uploaded photos and generated model) is retained only as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account or manually delete the photos or model, they are permanently removed from our systems.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Choices
You can manage your account settings and communication preferences within the App. You may also delete your uploaded photos or generated face model at any time.
